We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Clerk to support the administrative activities of a service department operating in a technical and operations driven environment. Located in Saint Bruno de Montarville, this full time temporary position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured setting, coordinating multiple files simultaneously, and contributing directly to the efficiency of customer service operations. If you are detail oriented, highly organized, and a strong team player, this role will allow you to take on stimulating challenges while developing your professional skills.

Tasks

  • Manage and maintain up to date information related to customer files.
  • Organize and follow up on administrative documents.
  • Assist with the preparation and follow up of quotes.
  • Conduct client follow up communications.
  • Coordinate and monitor service requests and calls.
  • Enter and validate data related to service interventions.
  • Produce various reports and supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Education in administration, office administration or a related field (DEP, AEC or studies in progress).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • French/English bilingualism, both spoken and written (intermediate level in English), required to communicate with English speaking clients or partners approximately 30% of the time.
  • Knowledge of the Maestro software (an asset).
  • Relevant administrative experience (an asset).
