Tasks
Place and prepare orders.
Perform data entry and complete Excel spreadsheets.
Interpret pre established purchase sheets.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Answer phone calls and greet visitors at the door.
Carry out occasional errands for purchases.
Perform any other related administrative tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or office work (mandatory).
Proficiency in French and an intermediate level of English to answer English speaking calls (approximately 50% of the time).
