Tasks

  • Place and prepare orders.
  • Perform data entry and complete Excel spreadsheets.
  • Interpret pre established purchase sheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors at the door.
  • Carry out occasional errands for purchases.
  • Perform any other related administrative tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or office work (mandatory).

  • Professionalism, reliability, and good customer service skills.
