This is exactly the key role you will play in the position of Administrative Technician – Billing, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make all the difference in the smooth running of daily operations.

Tasks

  • Administrative and Operational Coordination
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily administrative operations and support management in planning and overseeing activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, activities, and room rentals, and act as the liaison with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management of Material Resources
  • Coordinate material needs and equipment requests, as well as follow up on maintenance and repairs (e.g., instruments).
  • Manage access and requests related to premises and facilities, and follow up with suppliers and partners.
  • Administrative Support and Billing
  • Enter data into the management system (e.g., Clara) and ensure invoicing and follow-up on payments.
  • Perform administrative follow-ups related to files and revenue, and keep information up to date in internal systems.
  • Human Resources Support
  • Serve as a resource person for staff administrative questions and follow up on certain HR files (forms, hours, information).
  • Collaborate with the head office for administrative follow-ups.
  • Operational Support
  • Provide basic support for IT and audiovisual equipment, and assist with certain student requests (e.g., financial aid).
  • Perform any other related tasks to support operations.

Job requirements

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in managing administrative files, billing, or payment follow-up (asset).
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Knowledge of a management system (e.g., Clara, Omnivox) is an asset.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and versatility.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
