Our client, a well-established technology company located in Saint-Eustache, is looking for a senior after-sales service technician to join their team.
Tasks
Respond to calls and emails related to equipment failures or technical inquiries.
Diagnose issues, advise clients, and propose appropriate solutions.
Follow up on cases with internal and external stakeholders.
Write clear and detailed diagnostic reports.
Identify and document recurring or major issues.
Support the sales team with technical questions.
Manage and maintain the training room.
Write technical and training documentation.
Provide internal and client training.
Validate new products before they are put into production.
Review and manage technical bulletins.
Apply RMA procedures and quality assurance standards.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
DEC in electrical engineering technology or electronics.
5 to 10 years of experience in technical service or after-sales support (mandatory).
Advanced bilingualism in French/English essential (50% of the time due to international clients and suppliers).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
Availability for occasional travel outside of Canada.
Knowledge of high voltage and high frequency (important asset).
