Tasks
Coordinate, harmonize, and develop pharmaceutical services for all clienteles of the CISSS (hospitalized, residential, outpatient, and home care).
Evaluate and supervise the pharmaceutical act, ensuring compliance with the Pharmacy Act.
Implement and monitor new activities related to advanced practice in partnership.
Participate in the development and implementation of the care offerings for the future Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital.
Manage special projects and ensure the harmonization of practices within the department.
Contribute to the evaluation of pharmaceutical care quality and to the continuous improvement of professional practices.
Support ongoing training for pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
Provide guidance in risk management and the optimization of clinical processes.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Pharmacotherapy or Hospital Pharmacy (mandatory).
Member of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (OPQ) (mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
Experience in management or clinical team coordination is an asset.
