We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating between the sales and operations teams. You will thrive in a dynamic and friendly environment where every interaction is crucial. Your expertise will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and optimizing internal operations.
Tasks
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording all necessary information.
Receive, process, and validate customer orders in the CRM system.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling requests in accordance with company guidelines.
Track customer complaints, distribute information to relevant parties, and propose solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Collaborate with sales representatives to resolve customer concerns.
Work closely with the logistics, operations, and procurement departments to meet customer requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and customer service.
Use appropriate tools to provide accurate and complete information to customers.
Follow up on customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Experience in a manufacturing, construction, distribution, or transportation environment.
Practical experience in customer service or B2B sales in a similar environment in Quebec.
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken (approximately 50% of communications will be in English).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet set goals, supported by technical and sales teams.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) and CRM software.
Knowledge of SAP or other integrated management systems is an asset.
