Tasks
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, facilities, and building systems to ensure their reliability and optimal performance.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out the necessary repairs in an efficient and safe manner.
Complete various general building maintenance tasks, both indoors and outdoors.
Perform light renovation work, including painting, basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry, and hardware repairs.
Ensure the safety and accessibility of the grounds, entrances, and outdoor areas, including seasonal maintenance activities.
Participate in the maintenance and repair of various mobile equipment, tools, and material-handling equipment used by the organization.
Apply occupational health and safety standards as well as maintenance best practices.
Collaborate with different teams and contribute to various projects and support activities based on operational needs.

Job requirements
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Building Maintenance, or another related field.
Significant experience in industrial maintenance or building maintenance.
Strong knowledge of mechanics, basic electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and building systems.
Ability to quickly assess situations and develop effective solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong sense of initiative.
Versatility and the ability to manage a wide variety of technical maintenance tasks.
