Tasks
Transport, install, and assemble materials, furniture, and equipment as needed.
Operate various material-handling equipment and service vehicles to support daily operations.
Assist with preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, ventilation systems, and building facilities.
Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure.
Carry out general maintenance, repair work, and light carpentry tasks, including the installation and adjustment of doors, frames, and hardware.
Assist with the procurement of maintenance-related materials and supplies.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and help maintain a safe working environment.
Perform any other related duties required for the upkeep and efficient operation of the buildings.
