Tasks
Work with premium-quality meats sourced from local producers.
Offer excellent customer service and prepare custom orders with care and precision.
Help market our house-made products: marinades, pulled meats, stocks, foil packs, and more..
Collaborate with our in-house artisans to craft ready-to-eat meals.
Minimize waste and equipment damage.
Apply and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
Carry out all other related duties.

Job requirements
