They are looking for a proactive person capable of handling emergency situations with empathy and ensuring coordination between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
Tasks
Manage and coordinate moves following a disaster.
Assess damage (water, fire, etc.) and document the situation accurately (photos, reports, follow-ups).
Follow up with clients, insurers, and partners.
Participate in business development and maintain relationships with insurance companies.
Provide professional, empathetic, and prompt service at all times.
Perform any other related tasks.
