Tasks

  • Manage and coordinate moves following a disaster.
  • Assess damage (water, fire, etc.) and document the situation accurately (photos, reports, follow-ups).
  • Follow up with clients, insurers, and partners.
  • Participate in business development and maintain relationships with insurance companies.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and prompt service at all times.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of English, used approximately 50% of the time to communicate with clients.
