Our client is seeking a professional candidate to ensure the safe delivery of household appliances and bulky items in the Montreal area. You will be responsible for driving the delivery vehicle, staying on schedule, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Tasks
Drive a delivery truck and follow planned routes.
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of merchandise.
Transport appliances to the room designated by the customer.
Assist with basic installation (leveling, connecting to existing sources).
Use mobile tools to log delivery steps and submit proof of delivery (POD).
Protect customers' property and report any incidents or damages.
Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Valid Class 3 driver’s license and a good driving record.
Minimum 1 year of experience delivering appliances or furniture (asset).
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy loads using appropriate equipment.
Good physical condition and ability to work in various conditions (stairs, weather, confined spaces).
Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written) to communicate with customers approximately 50% of the time.
