Our client is a dynamic and growing company known for its quality service and expertise in logistics and commercial moving. To support its continued growth, we are seeking a reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Class 3 Driver / Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily operations by ensuring the safe operation of straight trucks, the efficient handling of goods, and professional interactions with customers throughout the North Shore and Greater Montreal area.
Tasks
Safely operate Class 3 straight trucks (26-foot trucks) for local and regional transportation
Load and unload merchandise and pallets, including the careful handling of commercial furniture and equipment
Properly use basic tools (e.g., drills) for disassembly and reassembly when required
Interact with customers at delivery sites in a courteous and professional manner
Perform pre-trip inspections (PEP), maintain accurate logbooks, and comply with transportation regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Perform any other related duties as required

Job requirements
Valid Class 3 driver's licence with a good driving record (SAAQ abstract required)
Relevant experience operating heavy vehicles and performing regional deliveries
Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement)
No criminal record and no history of impaired driving offences
Functional bilingualism in French and English to serve English-speaking customers approximately 50% of the time
Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to solve basic on-the-job problems
Excellent punctuality, attendance, and respect for schedules
Good physical condition and ability to work as part of a team
