The person in this role plays a crucial part by ensuring the pickup and delivery of goods from suppliers and partners. Tasks
Always comply with traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
Strictly follow assigned routes and daily schedules.
Use a tablet to validate pickups in real time and ensure inventory accuracy.
Load and unload the truck at suppliers’ locations and at the warehouse.
Handle merchandise, including boxes weighing up to 20 kg (44 lb).
Perform a daily preventive inspection of the refrigerated truck.
Maintain positive professional relationships with suppliers and partners.
Ensure safety at all times, both on the road and when handling goods.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
Valid Class 3 driver’s licence (FM endorsement is an asset).
Strong command of French, both spoken and written.
Ability to communicate orally in English with certain suppliers.
Good knowledge of the Greater Montreal area and strong sense of direction.
Consistent and rigorous application of traffic laws.
Ability to perform physical work, including handling loads of up to 20 kg (44 lb).
