You will play a key role in the safe transportation of oversized loads throughout Quebec, across Canada, and occasionally into the United States. Tasks
Escort oversized-load convoys to ensure the safety of the driver, the cargo, and other road users.
Verify routes, overhead clearances, and equipment compliance before each departure.
Ensure compliance with permit conditions and help maintain smooth traffic flow during transport operations.
Operate trailer steering axles during maneuvers when required.
Assist drivers with loading, unloading, coupling, uncoupling, and load securement operations.
Participate in yard operations, including trailer preparation and the installation of accessories, flooring, and tarps.
Perform pre-trip inspections and report any equipment issues or irregularities.
Support material handling and snow removal activities, and operate trailers using remote controls in port terminals when required.
Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Valid Class 5 driver's licence with an excellent driving record and solid driving experience.
Excellent driving abstract.
Availability for short-, medium-, and long-term travel assignments ranging from one day to several weeks.
Valid passport and eligibility to travel to the United States.
Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
