Association IRIS, a community organization recognized for its positive impact within the Montreal community, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join its management team.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will serve as a clinical resource for intervention teams. Their primary role will be to support practitioners in analyzing complex situations, promote consistency in clinical practices, and foster the professional development of team members.
Drawing on the psychoanalytic approach embraced by the organization, the selected candidate will help maintain a space for reflection, analysis, and discussion, enabling practitioners to deepen their practice and deliver high-quality services to clients. They will also play a key role in developing and promoting the organization's clinical vision.

Tasks
Clinical Leadership and Team Support
Provide guidance and support to intervention staff in their clinical practice.
Maintain a regular field presence to observe practices and offer constructive feedback.
Provide clinical support in complex or critical situations.
Plan and facilitate individual and group supervision meetings.
Contribute to the development of staff competencies and professional growth.
Clinical Quality
Ensure the application of clinical standards and contribute to their development.
Promote and uphold best intervention practices.
Participate in the evaluation of clinical staff in collaboration with management.
Contribute to discussions related to service quality and continuous improvement.
Support teams in applying the organization's clinical approaches and guidelines.
Service Development Partner
Participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
Help define clinical and organizational priorities.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of programs and services.
Collaborate with network and community partners.
Represent the organization on committees or at events when required.

Job requirements
University degree in psychosocial intervention or a related field.
Significant experience in clinical intervention.
Experience in supervision, coordination, or team management.
