Tasks
Support the Head Nurse or immediate supervisor in their duties.
Assess the health status of users with complex needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Assume clinical responsibility for a range of biopsychosocial care.
Provide nursing and medical care and treatments to maintain, restore, or promote health.
Design, implement, and evaluate advanced care programs.
Contribute to the development or adaptation of clinical tools and care quality assessment methods.
Act as a resource person for colleagues and the interdisciplinary team.
Coordinate services both within and outside the facility.
Assist in onboarding new staff and support the training of interns.
Oversee clinical teaching for users, families, and groups.
Participate in research projects and the continuous improvement of practices.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a bachelor’s degree with three (3) eligible certificates, including at least two (2) certificates recognized in nursing (mandatory).
Active member in good standing of the OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec) (mandatory).
Relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
Availability to work variable schedules.
