Tasks
Assist machinists in daily operations.
Set up tools and fixtures according to operation sheets.
Check the condition of parts during setup.
Complete maintenance forms and follow-up reports (e.g., dimensional control plans, standardized work procedures).
Update the production list on the machine.
Load, unload, and transport parts and fixtures.
Empty chip trays and refill cutting fluids.
Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety at the workstation.
Relay instructions to the next shift.
Report any anomalies to the supervisor.
Perform any other related tasks.

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Machining Techniques or equivalent training.
2 years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
Desired profile

Ability to work as part of a team and manage priorities under pressure.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Skilled in setting up both simple and complex parts.
