This CNC Machinist Helper position is an excellent opportunity to develop your machining skills and participate in the production of critical components for the aerospace industry.
Tasks
Assist machinists with daily operations.
Set up tooling and fixtures according to operation sheets.
Verify the condition of parts during setup.
Update the production list on the machine.
Load, unload, and transport parts and fixtures.
Empty chip bins and replenish cutting fluids.
Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area.
Communicate important information to the next shift.
Report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Perform any other related duties as required.
