Our client, a Montréal-based company specializing in the design and integration of intelligent analytical monitoring systems for the electrochemical industry, is seeking a Commissioning Technician – Industrial Electronics to support system integration, validation, and installation activities with its international clients.
Tasks
Perform system commissioning (software and electronics) at client facilities.
Carry out system integration and testing in the laboratory.
Produce client project drawings (electrical schematics) and software configurations.
Train clients on optimal system use.
Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure system performance.
Prepare intervention reports and ensure client follow-up.
Participate in client project management and provide technical support.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
DEC or B.Sc. in electronics, automation, instrumentation, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience with measuring equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, loop generator, etc.).
Knowledge of networking and 2D drafting (AutoCAD).
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) to communicate with English speaking clients approximately 80% of the time.
Valid passport and availability to travel approximately 40% to 60% of the time.
