Our client, a leader in climatic engineering for 40 years, is currently seeking a Customer Service and Order Advisor to advise customers, take orders, and expand the enthusiastic team in Laval. Tasks
Answering customer enquiries (by telephone, email, or at the counter).
Completing purchase orders following requests received.
Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
Using the SAP system.
Ensuring part replacement warranty.
Assist in storage upon receiving merchandise.
Assisting customers with technical difficulties.
Pursuing ongoing training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.
Performing any other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.

Job requirements
Experience in HVAC (required).
Bilingualism (intermediate French and English) to communicate and interact with certain suppliers in the United States, at a frequency of 50%.
Knowledge of the suite MS Office.
Knowledge of construction and renovation (an asset).
