We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist - Chat to support and ensure the success of the chat service at Montréal-Trudeau Airport (#YUL).
Tasks
Answer passenger’s inquiries via chat.
Stay up to date with passenger, service and shopping processes, as well as relevant information related to the Montréal-Trudeau airport.
Check the partners’ daily operations and inbox.
Look over the Montreal Airport website to master all information in it.
Provide support in information requests.
Check trends in ways of chatting on other websites.
Transfer all relevant information to the customer experience department.
Any other tasks related to the position.
