We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist - Chat to support and ensure the success of the chat service at Montréal-Trudeau Airport (#YUL).

Tasks

  • Answer passenger’s inquiries via chat.
  • Stay up to date with passenger, service and shopping processes, as well as relevant information related to the Montréal-Trudeau airport.
  • Check the partners’ daily operations and inbox.
  • Look over the Montreal Airport website to master all information in it.
  • Provide support in information requests.
  • Check trends in ways of chatting on other websites.
  • Transfer all relevant information to the customer experience department.
  • Any other tasks related to the position.
