Bedard Human Resources, a nationally recognized firm with nearly 30 years of experience, is seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Support Agent for a two-week assignment at its Laval office.
Tasks
Welcoming candidates and clients presenting themselves at the office.
Registering candidates, verifying files, attaching various documents, and modifying or adding any other required information.
Processing all incoming calls and faxes, and accurately transferring them to different individuals/departments.
Correcting tests and entering results into candidate electronic files.
Printing company documentation as needed.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Be bilingual (French and intermediate English) to assist our clients across Canada for 50% of the time.
Customer service experience.
Computer literacy.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
