35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We are looking for a temporary call agent for a mandate from January to April 2026 within a well-established organization in Montréal. Tasks
Answer incoming calls related to registration renewals.
Guide, inform, and assist members according to established procedures.
Manage follow-ups and send emails to members.
Complete an Excel file documenting technological issues encountered by members.
Enter notes in the internal system.
Conduct research on the organization’s website to support customer service.
Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.

Job requirements
DEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Approximately 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
Proficiency with office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
Strong comfort with digital tools and the ability to handle prolonged phone communication (7 hours per day).
