Under expansion, they are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to support operations at their Vaudreuil-Dorion location.   • Maintain existing accounts.
  • Establish new clientele.
  • Enter orders in the system while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
  • Enter invoices in the system.
  • Organize customer bids with various carriers.
  • Plan pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Good communication skills in both English and French.
