In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative efficiency.

Tasks

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service to North American clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone and email, follow up on requests, and coordinate information among various stakeholders.
  • Process, update, and monitor administrative records to ensure information accuracy.
  • Assist with the logistical coordination of shipments, receiving activities, and product movements.
  • Manage physical and computerized inventory, ensuring accuracy and product availability.
  • Receive, inspect, and store materials according to established procedures.
  • Perform various administrative support tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Carry out any other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements

  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written (English required approximately 80% of the time with English-speaking clients).
  • Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations coordination.
  • Ability to lift and handle loads of up to 45 lbs.
  • Experience in inventory management or logistics is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
