We are looking for a reliable, respectful, and self-motivated individual to fill an essential role in maintaining public cleanliness and sanitation. The primary responsibility of this position is to travel throughout the Montreal area to collect deceased animals found on public property and ensure they are handled according to established procedures. This is a discreet yet important role that directly contributes to public safety, hygiene, and community well-being.

Tasks

  • Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly.
  • Follow biosecurity protocols to help prevent the spread of diseases and infections.
  • Collect and transport deceased animals in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Identify animals using description forms and assign reference numbers.
  • Interact courteously and professionally with members of the public.
  • Handle and lift deceased animals of various sizes.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements
