Our client, a company located on the South Shore of Montreal and specializing in electronic systems for the transportation industry, is currently seeking an Electronics Designer to strengthen its technical team.
In this role, you will be involved in the various stages of the product development cycle, from initial design through to industrialization, while collaborating with specialists from multiple disciplines.
Tasks
Develop electronic solutions in accordance with project technical and functional requirements.
Design electronic schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Implement and adapt embedded software for microcontrollers to integrate required functionalities.
Define electronic architectures and communication methods between system modules.
Identify, analyze, and approve electronic components required for proper product operation.
Plan and monitor the technical progress of assigned projects in collaboration with internal teams.
Prepare and organize technical documentation related to product development and validation.
Participate in technological improvement initiatives and the development of new concepts.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering obtained in Quebec or outside Canada.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll).
Strong proficiency in embedded C programming and experience with microcontrollers.
Knowledge of electronic design or PCB software, as well as communication protocols used in electronic systems (asset).
