Starting at $39 per hour. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the salary increases to $40 per hour, including group insurance benefits.

Tasks
Receive incoming calls and assess the caller’s needs (domestic violence or suicide-related situations).
Provide telephone intervention services (support, crisis intervention, assistance, and referrals).
Respond to various requests for clinical information (programs, objectives, eligibility criteria, etc.).
Schedule and conduct individual meetings.
Complete client files and maintain intervention-related documentation and tracking tools.
Follow up on cases and conduct telephone follow-ups with participants.
Facilitate group sessions.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Social Work Technology.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in community services and intervention.
Must attend clinical supervision meetings held 2 to 3 times per month on Thursday afternoons (mandatory).
Proficiency in spoken and written French.
Experience working with men (an asset).
Crisis intervention experience (a significant asset).
Accredited suicide prevention training, or willingness to complete the training provided upon hire.
