Tasks
Provide leadership to a dynamic team of 25 to 50 employees in the receiving area.
Ensure compliance with productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
Assist in planning production and labor schedules.
Actively participate in the recruitment process for the assigned department.
Analyze performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct weekly performance evaluations for team members.
Clearly communicate goals and expectations to the team.
Lead disciplinary investigations and apply appropriate measures.
Distribute tasks to ensure optimal workflow.
Enforce health and safety regulations and asset protection protocols.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC, technical diploma, or equivalent) or university degree.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or industrial environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
Knowledge of accounting and/or inventory management (an asset).
Desired profile
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy loads.
Ability to learn and operate an internal logistics system.
