Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a chef.
Completion of MAPAQ food safety and sanitation training, or equivalent certification.
Strong mastery of basic cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, frying, etc.) and knife skills are essential.
Ability to create recipes from scratch.
Availability to work on-site downtown.
