Our client, a company committed to developing clean and renewable energy to help build a greener economy in Québec, is looking for a Camp Maintenance Attendant to join their team. Tasks

  • Maintaining employee residential buildings (changing light bulbs, snow removal, upkeep of plumbing, ventilation, fire protection systems, etc.).
  • Managing the camp’s small hardware inventory.
  • Completing equipment inspection checklists and keeping records up to date.
  • Performing daily checks to ensure the proper functioning of the potable water treatment system and the plant’s wastewater system.
  • Writing daily maintenance reports.
  • Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma (DES) AND a diploma in a relevant trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or refrigeration).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads when needed.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license to get around the camp.
  • ASP Construction certification.
