Our client, a company committed to developing clean and renewable energy to help build a greener economy in Québec, is looking for a Camp Maintenance Attendant to join their team. The position is based near Sept-Îles, on a 14/14 rotation.

Tasks
Maintaining employee residential buildings (changing light bulbs, snow removal, upkeep of plumbing, ventilation, fire protection systems, etc.).
Managing the camp’s small hardware inventory.
Completing equipment inspection checklists and keeping records up to date.
Performing daily checks to ensure the proper functioning of the potable water treatment system and the plant’s wastewater system.
Writing daily maintenance reports.
Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements
High school diploma (DES) AND a diploma in a relevant trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or refrigeration).
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to lift heavy loads when needed.
Valid class 5 driver’s license to get around the camp.
ASP Construction certification.
