Day shift, Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to noon.

We are currently seeking a passionate Field Mechanic to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for lifting and handling equipment such as forklifts, manual and electric pallet trucks, stackers, hoists, workshop cranes, jib cranes, winches, lift tables, aerial platforms, freight elevators, reach trucks, and much more!

Tasks
Diagnose and assess the condition of lifting machines and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic).
Verify proper operation of equipment after each intervention.
Identify and order necessary parts (motors, forks, batteries, wheels, hydraulic systems, etc.).
Write accurate technical reports and inspection follow-ups.
Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes.
Provide professional and efficient mobile service to clients.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial or mobile mechanics (motivation and curiosity are highly valued!).
Experience with forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, cranes, hoists, or aerial platforms.
Strong technical knowledge of lifting and handling equipment.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Willingness to travel occasionally (Montréal, Trois-Rivières, Gaspésie – approx. 5%), mainly within the Québec City area.
