Day shift, flexible schedule of 37.5 hours per week, start of shift between 7:30 am and 9:00 am.
Located in Laval, our client has been an international leader in air filtration solutions for over 50 years. We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to replace an employee on maternity leave for a period of one year. Tasks

  • Managing all accounting transactions in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Reconciling accounts on a weekly basis and resolving variances if required.
  • Supporting the team during end-of-month and end-of-year activities.
  • Being the accounts payable and receivable go-to person.
  • Verifying financial information to follow up with managers.
  • Paying attention to and explaining variations in performance indicators.
  • Performing any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Order membership and CPA designation (an asset).
  • At least 2 to 3 years as Financial Analyst or Senior Accountant.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
