Tasks
Managing all accounting transactions in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Reconciling accounts on a weekly basis and resolving variances if required.
Supporting the team during end-of-month and end-of-year activities.
Being the accounts payable and receivable go-to person.
Verifying financial information to follow up with managers.
Paying attention to and explaining variations in performance indicators.
Performing any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Order membership and CPA designation (an asset).
At least 2 to 3 years as Financial Analyst or Senior Accountant.
Professional proficiency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
