Monday to Friday, regular daytime schedule (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
Are you looking for an active job where no two days are the same? We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Yard Laborer to support the operations of a company specializing in the transportation of heavy equipment and oversized loads. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard and equipment in excellent condition, supporting drivers in their daily activities, and contributing to smooth operations in a dynamic environment where safety and teamwork are top priorities.

Tasks

  • Help maintain equipment, trailers, and tools used in daily operations in excellent condition.
  • Monitor and manage trailers to ensure the yard remains well organized.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Coordinate the storage of equipment and cargo according to established procedures.
  • Provide operational support to drivers and team members during transportation activities.
  • Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Practical experience in industrial cleaning;
  • Valid driver’s licence (Class 5 required);
  • Proficiency in French;
  • Ability to work in an industrial and outdoor environment;
  • Good physical stamina and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proactive attitude, autonomy, and attention to quality work;
  • Access to a vehicle is considered an asset to facilitate transportation.
