Tasks
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of heavy-duty vehicles and specialized equipment (Liebherr, Toyota, Kenworth, Dodge, Ford, Mack, etc.) to ensure their performance and durability.
Carry out complete mechanical interventions, including mechanical repairs, assemblies, precision adjustments, and maintenance of diesel systems.
Diagnose advanced issues in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems using modern diagnostic tools.
Rigorously inspect equipment, detect mechanical failures, and apply quick and appropriate solutions.
Install, configure, modify, or calibrate various mechanical systems to optimize the performance of heavy-duty vehicles.
Ensure compliance, safety, and quality of all mechanical work performed according to industry standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team by providing technical support and participating in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of mechanical processes.
Assemble, maintain, and repair hydraulic and electrical circuits related to heavy-duty vehicles and industrial equipment.
Occasionally work on trucks and trailers, performing targeted repairs on the braking system, suspension, axles, or other critical components.
Perform other related tasks concerning mechanics or the smooth operation of the workshop.

Job requirements
Diploma (DEP) in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Construction Equipment, General Mechanics, or equivalent training.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in Canada.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to effectively diagnose mechanical failures.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, observant, and a team player.
