Tasks
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on heavy vehicles, motorized equipment, and machinery, focusing on major mechanical components.
Carry out accurate diagnostics to identify issues and determine required interventions.
Replace, adjust, and repair defective parts according to current standards.
Perform regular preventive maintenance to anticipate breakdowns and ensure proper equipment operation.
Carry out various welding tasks required for repairs.
Safely handle and move heavy vehicles, and pick up parts from suppliers as needed.
Properly use lifting equipment, including forklifts.
Assist with any other related tasks supporting mechanical operations as needed.

Job requirements
DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in heavy road vehicle mechanics.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Class 1 driver’s license (or willingness to obtain it).
