Do you enjoy greeting, guiding visitors, and the atmosphere of large events? Join our team for the Job Fair this fall! Choose your shifts over the two days of the fair (with possibilities for setup/takedown based on needs).
Tasks
Greet participants and validate access (registrations, lists, surveys, counting).
Guide visitors to different areas (booths, conferences, services).
Distribute badges, wristbands, and informational documents.
Manage queues, answer questions, and ensure smooth entry flow.
Assist the team with other related tasks (signage, material restocking).

Job requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or event management.
Excellent French; functional English (important asset).
Dress code: black straight-leg pants, white long-sleeve shirt, closed black shoes, black socks.
Comfortable working standing for the entire shift; punctuality and excellent interpersonal skills.
