Tasks
Managing the welcome of participants.
Directing visitors.
Distributing badges and documents.
Answering visitors' questions and providing them with the necessary information.
Performing any other tasks required for the position.

Job requirements
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service position.
Proficiency in the French language.
Dress code required: black straight-leg pants, white long-sleeved shirt, closed black shoes, black stockings.
Excellent knowledge of the alphabet to quickly find badges sorted alphabetically in boxes.
Good knowledge of English (intermediate level) to communicate with English-speaking participants (about 30% of the time).
