Tasks

  • Managing the welcome of participants.
  • Directing visitors.
  • Distributing badges and documents.
  • Answering visitors' questions and providing them with the necessary information.
  • Performing any other tasks required for the position.

Job requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service position.
  • Proficiency in the French language.
  • Dress code required: black straight-leg pants, white long-sleeved shirt, closed black shoes, black stockings.
  • Excellent knowledge of the alphabet to quickly find badges sorted alphabetically in boxes.
  • Good knowledge of English (intermediate level) to communicate with English-speaking participants (about 30% of the time).

  • Able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work in a team.
