The HR Operations Liaison Agent serves as the primary on-site contact for the client. They maintain a daily presence with employees, facilitate communication between all parties, and help ensure the smooth operation of workforce activities. As a trusted partner on the floor, they build strong relationships with managers, supervisors, team leaders, and employees to foster a positive work experience and a collaborative work environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the front line, building relationships, resolving issues quickly, and actively contributing to the success of both employees and the client.

Tasks
Maintain an active presence on the worksite and provide day-to-day support to employees.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, tardiness, and staffing needs.
Welcome and onboard new employees.
Explain client policies, procedures, and expectations.
Ensure compliance with schedules, breaks, and meal periods.
Perform administrative follow-ups related to payroll and employee hours.
Maintain training and certification records.
Act as the first point of contact for situations requiring health and safety support.
Promote effective communication between employees, the client, and the recruitment team.
Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements
High School Diploma (DES) completed.
Experience in a similar operational role environment is considered an asset.
Education or experience in administration, human resources, operations, or customer service is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills in French; intermediate English required approximately 50% of the time for internal communications.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Access to a vehicle for required travel.
