In this role based in Saint-Jérôme, you will have the opportunity to play a key and hands-on role within the HR department, with a strong focus on labour relations. Tasks
Manage the full recruitment cycle and participate in workforce planning.
Act as a resource person for employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
Oversee labour relations in a unionized environment, including interpreting the collective agreement and handling certain disciplinary cases and grievances.
Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Participate in performance management, salary reviews, and the development of HR policies.
Manage occupational health and safety (OHS), disability, and benefits files.
Validate and follow up on payroll using ADP.
Produce various HR reports and metrics.
Participate in organizing corporate activities and contribute to the employee experience.
Perform any other related duties associated with the position.

Job requirements
DEC in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
On-site presence required in Saint-Jérôme, 5 days per week.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ADP payroll system.
Knowledge of Nethris system (an asset).
Experience in labour relations within a unionized environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
