Our client, a large-scale production company operating in logistics and distribution center activities, is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support its team and actively contribute to day-to-day operations. Tasks

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention activities
  • Supporting internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding efforts
  • Providing support to employees by responding to their needs and ensuring quality internal customer service
  • Following up on HR files and contributing to the improvement of tools, procedures, and practices
  • Providing administrative support to the HR and payroll teams
  • Assisting with payroll operations when needed (backup support)
  • Working and collaborating with teams across different sites, mainly between Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot and Boucherville
  • Performing any other related duties associated with the position

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration
  • Functional bilingualism (French/English) to communicate regularly with English-speaking colleagues and employees (40% of the time)
  • Knowledge of payroll processes
  • Ability to travel between both locations (Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot and Boucherville)
