Drive change from the inside out! As a Human Resources Business Partner – Organizational Development (“HRBP OD”), you will lead cross-functional organizational development projects, combining HR expertise, leadership, and innovation to elevate culture and performance. You will design and deploy initiatives that optimize processes, develop talent, and strengthen employee engagement. This strategic role gives you the opportunity to make a concrete impact on the organization’s strategy and operations, while working both autonomously and collaboratively.

Tasks

  • Optimize performance management and succession planning programs.
  • Deploy competency models and leadership development programs.
  • Design and facilitate development journeys and workshops for managers.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement (climate diagnostics, action plans, culture–strategy alignment).
  • Modernize and harmonize HR practices and policies.
  • Monitor HR indicators and implement structured tools.
  • Act as a strategic HR point of contact for managers and their teams.
  • Support workforce planning and role clarification.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience in human resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development (Master’s degree in OD is an asset).
  • Member of the CRHA Order.
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience managing complex HR projects and supporting managers.
  • Influential leadership, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a changing environment.
