Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR activities at its Montreal facility and across its North American operations. Tasks

  • Participate in payroll processing using the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) platform.
  • Maintain and update time and attendance records.
  • Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews.
  • Manage job postings and internal/external communications, including social media content.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentations using Excel.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
  • Participate in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Maintain, distribute, and monitor HR documentation and internal statistics.
  • Collaborate on various HR projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Assist with labour relations matters and, when required, support union negotiations.
  • Ensure confidentiality standards are respected and sensitive information is protected.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Completed DEC (College Diploma) in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to support communications with the European head office (approximately 50% of the time).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with payroll and time and attendance management software is an asset.
