Are you interested in overseeing all human resources functions within an organization and playing a key role in its growth? Do you enjoy being at the center of decision-making, influencing HR strategies, and building positive labor relations in a unionized environment? This opportunity could be the next step in your career.
IRIS Association, a community organization recognized for its positive impact within the Montreal community, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's entire human resources function. They will lead activities related to recruitment, labor relations, organizational development, health and safety, and all initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
This excellent opportunity is available due to the retirement of the current incumbent after many years of service. You will step into a well-established role within the organization and have the opportunity to continue developing HR practices while benefiting from a smooth transition.
With approximately 45 employees and continuous service operations, the organization operates in a unionized environment where collaboration, respect, and commitment are at the heart of daily activities.
In addition to holding a strategic position within the leadership team, you will benefit from attractive working conditions that support work-life balance, including the possibility of a four-day workweek, employer contributions to a simplified pension plan, and five weeks of vacation.
