Tasks

  • Receiving Management: Ensure accurate tracking of multiple shipments simultaneously and maintain proper reporting.
  • Receiving Information Analysis and Organization: Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of information and quickly resolve any logistical issues.
  • Responsiveness and Handling Unexpected Issues: Anticipate and proactively respond to delays or unforeseen circumstances in the supply chain.
  • Time Management and Planning: Develop and adhere to tight schedules while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Proficiency with Office Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis functions.
