Our partner, a leader in the concrete industry, is looking for an electromechanic for its automated plant in Quebec City. Tasks

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical) in a dirty and dusty environment.
  • Install, modify, and repair machinery and production equipment.
  • Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and schematics to guide interventions.
  • Quickly diagnose failures and solve problems to minimize production downtime.
  • Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment, and replace or fabricate parts as necessary.
  • Apply health and safety standards and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

  • Diploma in Electromechanics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation systems.
  • Experience in basic welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
  • RCA card preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team and propose solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and independence in work.
