Tasks
Ensure the proper operation and reliability of production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Quickly identify and resolve mechanical and electromechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Replace or repair defective components to maintain optimal machine performance.
Calibrate, adjust, and align equipment to ensure accuracy and operational safety.
Respond efficiently to production stoppages to restore operations as quickly as possible.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment while ensuring optimal performance from startup.
Perform regular inspections and anticipate maintenance needs to prevent equipment failures.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date service records.
Strictly apply lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any hazardous situations.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and support productivity.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements
DEP in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or equivalent).
Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset).
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
