Our client, an innovative company in the industrial sector, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage client inquiries, answer their questions, and develop business opportunities.
You will play a central role in following up with prospects and existing clients, while working closely with field and technical teams to deliver quality service and customized solutions.
Tasks
Ensure the database remains accurate, organized, and constantly updated throughout the sales cycle.
Receive regular support and personalized coaching, and make a high volume of calls to potential clients.
Identify and understand client needs, focusing on specific products or services.
Qualify opportunities and pass them to the sales managers for effective follow-up and closing.
Stay informed about product updates, company services, and competitive activities.
Provide daily support to the sales team as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and quality of results, offering solutions and recommendations.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales activities and the pipeline using the CRM system and during regular check-ins with management.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a call center environment.
Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken (advanced English for approximately 50% of communications).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong aptitude for outbound calls and telemarketing.
Proven experience in customer service and client follow-up.
Results-oriented with the ability to achieve set objectives, with support from technical and sales teams.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Knowledge of SAP or other integrated management systems is an asset.
