Reporting to senior management, the Installation Operations Coordinator acts as an operational link between internal teams, logistics, and external partners in Quebec and Ontario. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless execution of installation projects while respecting timelines, resources, and on site requirements.
Tasks
Plan and coordinate service schedules, including team availability, transportation, and required equipment.
Ensure effective coordination between internal teams, project managers, and external partners (contractors and subcontractors).
Conduct site validations (site visits) to anticipate technical and operational constraints.
Oversee administrative tasks related to installations, including order follow ups, adjustments, and regulatory compliance.
Manage the vehicle fleet and support logistical operations, particularly during staff absences or vacation periods.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Education in logistics, operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (accounts payable, receivable, payroll).
Functional bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written) to communicate with English speaking clients and suppliers 100% of the time.
