Tasks
Supervise and coordinate daily operations for approximately 20 trucks between Quebec and Ontario.
Plan, organize, and optimize routes to ensure efficient deliveries and pickups.
Manage activities based on client requests (pickups, deliveries, urgent needs, changes).
Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients while respecting established deadlines.
Maintain constant communication with drivers and respond quickly to unforeseen events (delays, breakdowns, road conditions, etc.).
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (driving hours, transport standards, safety).
Maintain smooth communication with the logistics team to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Work closely with the department director to monitor performance and implement continuous improvement.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and offering tailored solutions.
Update computer systems and ensure the accuracy of transport-related information.
